This is where you will relive the fantastic
adventures of the Myst III Exile Forumites. These adventures begin with the
forumites finding linking books in the most unusual places, as well as being
sucked in to coffeemakers, computer screens, or refrigerators. Some forumites
(and at least one forum moderator) have demonstrated the ability to summon
other members against their wills!
After an initial trip to LaLaLand, they next
visited a city called ElderRado. More recently, they seem to end up on Mars
or one of the Martian moons. MH3 was a winner in the first ever "2002
Exile Oscars" resulting in several of the participants taking home statuettes.
These stories were written in a "round-robin" style with each person either adding to the existing storyline or taking it in a completely new direction. The Myst III Exile forum was revised by Ubisoft, the game publisher, on two occasions resulting in the loss of the original threads forever. This site is the only place where they can now be seen.

In October 2001 all the posts from the original
Myst III Exile forum were moved to the current location. A group of "squatters"
continued to post on the old forum despite the best efforts of our long-suffering
moderator, Alahmnat. All the squatters' threads were lost when the old
forum suddenly disappeared. MH1 was one of these threads. It has been
retrieved from oblivion by a group of persistent forumites, using the
wonders of technology.

.... and so it came to pass that the Old Forum had crumbled without the
watchful eye of the Moderators, and The Evil that was, was destroyed forever,
hurled into the fissure.
And as the forumites sat at their respective stations stiving to make
sense of the new forum, thankful that all had returned to normal and the
Ages were once again stable, a strange and powerful force reached out
through time and space, spanning dimensions, searching, calling, finding...

Here is a journey of epic proportions, going where no forumites have

Trip Two Mars is a foolish attempt to return to happier
